Overview

Securing Capital with a Visually Compelling Growth Strategy

Tidal Services, a USA-based home maintenance and cleaning network, needed an investment-ready pitch deck to successfully close their funding round. The challenge was to communicate a fragmented market, a scalable business model, and ambitious expansion plans to venture capitalists. We leveraged the client’s strong branding and powerful imagery to create a sleek, structured deck that clearly highlights the ‘Problem,’ the ‘Solution,’ and the compelling ‘Market Opportunity.

    Problems & solutions

    PROBLEM

    01

The market opportunity (US domestic cleaning/maintenance) was hard to define and risked appearing niche to VCs.

    02

Investor decks require honest assessment of risks (e.g., competition, supply chain) without undermining confidence.

    03

The multi-stage expansion plan (geographic and service) was text-heavy and confusing in its initial draft.

    SOLUTION

    01

We used design to clearly segment the market, highlighting the large size of the Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Tidal’s unique positioning within it.

    02

We created a dedicated, clear Risk & Mitigation slide, using professional layouts to present potential challenges alongside concrete solutions.

    03

We simplified the Expansion Plan using clear visual hierarchies and short, bulleted points, making the growth trajectory instantly digestible.
